chicken today

After speaking to others about the next theme it seemed that farm animals was the best bet. I decided to have a go at a cockerel today as they have beautiful coloured feathers. I started with a rough sketch and then finalised the drawing with layout paper. When I was happy with the design I traced it onto mixed media paper and started colouring in with promarkers. I have not finished but happy with the progress.
